NLP explained
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of human excellence, how we do what we do and how we can make changes so that we can be, have or do anything we want, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and even physically. In other words, it is a sort of operating manual for the brain.
NLP began as the study of 'the difference that makes the difference', between excellent performers and average performers, (and in many cases this difference can appear to be quite insignificant). By honing their methods to easy-to-learn techniques, a new set of simple-to-follow, but immensely powerful self-change techniques came into being. With NLP we let go of habits and beliefs from the past that limit us, carefully retaining all the positive aspects, and create new options and steps to empower us to achieve all of our objectives.

Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a collection of techniques based
on NLP which gives you emotional control over your life. The process
works at the unconscious level to release the effects of negative
beliefs, decisions and emotions arising from past experiences in
minutes. Created by Dr. Tad James, TLT enables you to solve issues
from your past, thus allowing you to move toward your goals and
desires.
Hypnosis
An hypnotic state occurs normally in everyone when certain physiological
and psychological conditions are met. We use this state to make
deep and lasting changes to thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
A person
in hypnosis is usually in a heightened state of awareness, with
improved memory, in which they have complete control of their own
mind. Nobody can be hypnotised against his or her will, and even
when hypnotised, people can still reject any of the suggestions
given if they are not appropriate. The state of hypnosis is a very
pleasant and particularly relaxing natural and safe state. |
