How does coaching work?

My entire focus is on facilitating changes that matter to you. We have a purposeful conversation focused on the outcome you want.  I listen skilfully and ask insightful, probing questions rather than offering my answers or solutions. Hence you bring out the best in yourself and understand how to sustain that in the future. You develop your creativity and your resilience. We also have quite a lot of fun!  I respect you and I am non-judgmental, and I will challenge you when it is appropriate. I completely respect your confidentiality so you can explore ideas, options and concerns safely. In return you are open, honest, focussed on making changes and taking action to achieve what you want.

Because coaching is flexible and tailored to what you want, we can work together at what time, in what way and as often as suits you. We can do this face-to-face if you are near my base in Devon, or I offer telephone coaching anywhere in the world.
